Terms and conditions
Please take some time to read the information
below before completing the order
form and please do not hesitate to contact
me if you have any questions.
Samples
I am happy to send you some samples at a small cost of
£1.50 per sample (p&p free). Your samples will
be sent out to you within 5 working days of receiving
payment.
Placing an order
Once you have selected your chosen
design please complete and sign an order
form. This form has been designed to capture as much
information as possible so please try and complete as
much as you can. At this stage you will need to secure
your order with a £30 non-refundable payment. A
proof will be sent to you together with an invoice. Once
you are happy you will then need to sign and send a payment
of 50% of the total cost of the order. Full payment must
be received 28 days before the agreed delivery date. A
reminder will be sent to you.
Paying for proofs
Your first full proof (card and insert) for each item
you order (one of each) will be provided at no extra cost
along with your invoice for payment for your order. If,
however, you would like a further proof sent to you after
this process, the following prices will apply and will
be added to your final bill:
Card and insert proof - as per price list
for your particular range
Card - £1.50
Insert - £1.00
Delivery
Your order will be despatched to you via Special Delivery
Service which will require a signature - the cost of this
will depend on the weight of your order but should be
no more than £10 and will be advised to you.
Additional postage
costs
If you require calligraphy on your stationery order the
finished articles are sent by special delivery to the
calligrapher and returned the same way. Therefore a postage
cost for this service will apply, depending on the weight
of the package. Costs for postage of albums and favours
will be advised to you.
Amendments to your
stationery
Unless we have agreed a date for work to commence on your
order (if your wedding date is sometime away) work will
commence on your order once I have received your signed
proof and deposit. If however after this time you wish
to put any amendments through and the inserts have been
produced a charge will be incurred for any changes that
need to be processed. These extra charges will be invoiced
to you before the changes are put through. The extra charge
will be priced on what needs to be changed and explained
to you.
Cancelling your order
If you cancel 28 days or more before the order delivery
date you will receive half of your deposit back. The £30
'secure your booking' payment is non-refundable and covers
the cost of any work already carried out and admin costs.
If you cancel less than 28 days before the order delivery
date you will unfortunately not be entitled to any refund,
as your order would be in the process of being created,
if not completed.
Payment of your order
I accept cash and cheques which should be made payable
to Mrs E A Colley. You may also pay me via PayPal
- please ask me for further details.
